ActionView International, Inc. Announces Definitive Agreement for Merger with MatchFights, LLC

MURRIETA, Calif., Aug. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AVEW) today announced a Definitive Agreement for a merger with MatchFights, LLC, which is launching live, pay-per-view entertainment events, delivered in high definition over the Internet. Once the merger transaction has been closed, MatchFights, LLC will become the focus of the company's operations.

The Definitive Agreement includes performance based terms that provide MatchFights, LLC with additional shares of stock representing additional ownership of the company if defined revenue targets outlined in the agreement are met.

MatchFights, LLC and its Bare Knuckle Brawlers brand feature live, high definition, pay-per-view events, including no-holds-barred bare knuckle fights in an interactive venue where viewers will not only determine the matches that are presented but will also decide who ultimately wins each contest. In addition, viewers can chat with other viewers live during the broadcast, making the experience truly interactive.

MatchFights recently announced a September 25, 2009 date for the premier of its Bare Knuckle Brawlers fight club event. For a limited time, fight fans can subscribe to see the live premier broadcast on the Bare Knuckle Brawlers website, http://www.bkbfightclub.com/, at a special introductory price of $9.99.

ActionView International, Inc. Announces Free Rebroadcast of Premiere MatchFights Event

MURRIETA, Calif., Oct. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AVEW) and its wholly owned MatchFights, LLC subsidiary have announced that an edited rebroadcast of the premiere MatchFights event will be available for free viewing over the Internet starting today at 7:00 pm PDT at the BKB Fight Club website. The rebroadcast, which includes highlights of the September 25, 2009 event, will be available for two weeks and can be viewed by visiting http://www.bkbfightclub.com/images/video/player.aspx after 7:00 pm PDT today.

The premiere MatchFights event featured fourteen fighters from broad fight backgrounds, including MMA, Muay Thai, boxing and street fighting, matched up in seven full contact bouts and a ring girl contest. The event was broadcast in high definition over the Internet. The rebroadcast will not have any of the interactive elements of a MatchFights live event, since there will be no voting or chat features enabled.
